A Very Green Day
Greeny avoids a nap by imagining herself as a tree, then becomes lost and longs for Dad. Leaves turn into messages in a fantastical search for home. A Very Green Day moves between pretend freedom and the need for comfort. Ask your child which parts belong to make-believe and how Greeny's wishes change during the adventure.
