Sara's Puppy
Sara tells school friends about a puppy she does not actually have, then worries when they plan a visit. An unexpected arrival does not match every detail she invented. Sara's Puppy follows a wish that becomes a tangle of claims. Ask how Sara could separate hoping for something from saying it has already happened.
