The Elephant Bird
Lucy befriends a giant bird that the other villagers fear, then must speak up when a missing horse brings accusations against it. The Elephant Bird combines a mystery with a story of exclusion and courage. Ask what Lucy has observed that the crowd overlooks and why checking evidence matters before blaming someone.
